S.T. Wooten Corporation determines prices based on the NCDOT Monthly Terminal FOB Asphalt Binder Price. As this Index changes – up OR down – on or about the 5th of each month, S.T. Wooten prices will also be adjusted to reflect that variation. Base prices are set annually.
